I picked up a camera in the summer of 2018 and haven't been able to put it down
This is a showcase of my journey so far.....
Born and bred in West Cumbria, England, I am fortunate to have so many amazing things around me, from the Solway Coast, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Lake District National Park and quaint towns and villages all with their own unique characters and charms. There's so much around on my doorstep to be inspired by, capture and share.
I am learning and I am growing as a photographer and while some of my work is of beautiful landscapes and seascapes, I'm trying to create a collection of unique works. Trying to find an angle that others haven't found, or present a popular subject with a whole new interpretation.
Most of all I'm having fun, as you will see, some of my work is childish by nature. Playing with Lego and a macro lens, I can have fun for hours and hopefully you will get a laugh or a smile from my "fun" side too!
